    I can almost guarantee JRob had to approve of the OC before pulling the trigger. Finding a coach was clearly a priority but the OC is gonna make or break this team.

    Vrabel Isa renowned leader, both on and off the field. He played for and worked under great Head Coaches.

    He's been a winner everywhere he goes. He had the Texans D ranked 3fd for his time there.

    JRob and him get along together and they know each other well. So there will be no conflicts in that aspect.

    People want to work and play with people that are positive, strong, passionate, and smart. He will be a great leader, which Vrabel is.

    I have a good feeling about this hire. I think a lot of talented coaches are going to want to play for our Titans, and for Vrabel.

    Don't get down because he's young. He , like Mariota, Henry, and Davis can grow together, hopefully stay together, and within couple of years, start a new dynasty..

    The Titan Dynasty.
