    Hoping Vrabel is a true leader and can find/keep an OC that will help mm8.

    I kinda feel like we replaced Mularkey.....with Mularkey. The only difference being this Mike will listen when Amy and Jon say to replace an assistant.

    The OC (and offensive scheme) is really what this is all about anyway. I DO like having a Defensive HC. That most likely means he'll turn the O over to his OC and will hold the OC accountable for results.

    Mularkey's scheme HAD to go. He just chose to go with it.
