Please. Teams have been doing that to us all year. We blitz and they hit the checkdown guy and gash us. I posted before the NE game they would kill us with TE and RB stuff. In fact, anything thrown 5 yards was a disaster for us. Why LeBeau never fixed this is beyond me. They had Henry blanketed, just like they will do with Fournette.

 

Jared and the GM Floyd Reese still have outside hope until the line is dotted. J-Rob cannot do anything so you would not hear anything in the news about us until after the Pats lose or after the Super Bowl if they win.

Fans here in Indy are screaming, "Don't hire him." because of what and how he did in Denver. They are saying, "great OC, but terrible HC." What happened in Denver friends? Should we too be concerned?

 

They do that against every team. I believe James White had 12 catches in the SB last year. And they have their RBs run actual routes, where they are huge mismatches for any opposing LB. Our RBs just stand in the backfield and wait for the ball to be thrown to them, it's quite different.

 

I have to imagine since we didn't sign anyone yet, that we are waiting the results of Sunday. There is still hope for some other candidates.

 

Not at all. The only issue I have with him is people were saying his “personality” rubs people the wrong way. His coaching days in Denver were bad mostly due to the fact that he had front office responsbilities and he made some bad decisions, just like Chip did in Philly.

 

I agree I'm sure Josh has learned the belichick/patriot method or way of getting the team onboard. Also- what makes belichick great is he quickly weeds out that potential cancers in locker room regardless of percieved value to team etc. This is crucial you need all 53 players accountable

 

The only risk in waiting for McDaniels is we could lose some decent coaches that are looking for a job to different teams.
