Strongly agree, MM8 came in and the offense started moving and scoring points with Wiz and Mularkey as the HC. I do say Mularkey played a part in changing the culture. Too bad he didn't want to change the offense...

Walker definitely played a big part. He encouraged all of the guys to play hard so that Mularkey would earn the job, and he gave MM the game ball after his first victory as the full time coach. Considering he's one of the best on the team, the other players certainly look up to him and were more than happy to get behind Mularkey.

Of course, Delanie is good leader and played a significant part in changing the locker room culture. He'll retire as one of the greatest Titans ever.

"One of the greatest Titans Ever"

    Really? Really?

Thats a bit dramatic dont you think. Mr pro bowl alternate, is a decent tight end, i mean, he doesnt suck, but one of the greatest players in franchise history? Im not sure hes top 10 let alone one of the top ever.

    George
    Bulluck
    McNair
    Kearse

    Rolle?

ummmm, warren moon, Earl Campbell, CJ2K, Frank Wychek, Bruce Mathews, Mike Munchak, heck Haynesworth was actually a dominant force in the league for a year or 2.

Walker was a bright spot on a crappy team, but I mean dude drops routine passes on the regular, which elite TE's just dont do. He got away with being "disrespected" not getting the fan fare he would have if he were on the Giants or Pats or something, but the truth is, some of the things hes done here, also werent a big deal, some of his drops, etc.

Of course its debatable but if Delanie can give us 1 or 2 more pro bowl years then he surpasses Wycheck as the best TE here. We've had great linemen from Mathews or Mawae but my point is I feel Delanie's contributions here have been a huge impact on and off the field for the Titans organization
