Dick LeBeau?

I think he will retire soon.
We need to go younger and more creative across the board

 

The Tennessean had an article on him a day or two back, basically saying that he is in wait and see mode. He is fine retiring if the new HC wants to move a different direction, but is not resigning at this point...that was the basic message anyway.

 

Dicks too old to be HC

 

We need to retain him! Especially if we get an offensive minded head coach. This defense WAY outperformed their talent level. Age doesn't matter, he was plenty creative and effective. We just needed some better player pieces in his puzzle. I say keep Dick, and bring in some young talented assistant couches that he could groom up to coordinator eventually.

 

If we get a defensive minded HC, I think you'll see DL retire. If we go offensive, I'm hoping he stays. Age beats us all, so we have to plan for life after LeBeau. I hope he's mentoring the next great Titans DC.

 

I'm fine either way. Just need to get better players.

 

I'd like to retain him no matter what. Let him be an advisor or assistant. He'd be cool with that

 

He's already our HC....kinda. Have they fired him?

 

My understanding is that he is waiting to hear from JRob.
