    DeFillipo is getting a call-back HEAD COACH interview in AZ.. To me, that makes him a long shot to be ours or Philly's OC.. People (not saying you) keep thinking it is just a given that he will be our OC if we hire a defensive guy.

    I suppose if he doesn't get the AZ gig, Reich stays put and we hire a guy he is linked to (Schwartz or Wilks).. then maybe.. but that is a big maybe as Munch turned down his 2nd interview and it would appear Flip is the only other candidate being talked about in AZ (assuming Shurmer to NYG).

    I personally would hope a defensive HC would look at Cooter for OC.. though I admittedly have no idea if he is connected to any of these dudes.

    JR will do anything JD tells him, because he will have come from the Patriots, and that makes him a god. When JD doesn't come here, he will do whatever Vrabel says, because he played for the Patriots. So, even though he hasn't been in the DC pool enough for his toes to get pruney, yet ... he is still a head coaching god.

    A few are saying Lafleur wouldn't be a good hire because he didn't call the plays as Rams OC

    Why would DeFlippo be a good HC coming from a QB coach position?

    Seems the logical progression would be Lafleur as HC, DeFlippo as OC wouldn't it?
