Maybe so, but are they true wins? It wasn’t coaching that won us games. It was Luck, chance, and Big plays by Mariota etc...

As a coach myself, I never knock my players, unless it's blatantly obvious that the game was lost my them. He blames everything on his players, he always has an excuse and it's never his fault. He needs to grow a set and put the pressure on his coaching staff. I've fought, fired and hired coaches for years. It's simply something that comes with the job. If you can't do that part, you can't be a headcoach. Some people are just better suited to be an assistant and not the headcoach. MM is a good coach, but not a good headcoach, unless he's willing to adapt and change this offseason and he should because this is his last chance at a hc position. But, the bar next season should be 12 wins, including a po win, at home. If those goals aren't met, bye.

I was never on the Mularkey bandwagon . .. still wanted to see the team go as far as possible in the playoffs though.

I'm happy to have witnessed the 1st titans P.O. win since I was in middle school ... but now I'm ready yo move on.

If Mularkey was truly meant to be a "transition coach" then job well done. But now is the time to move on. While I can appreciate Mularkey's part in "changing the culture", in-game coaching has held us back all season long. This is the team's ceiling under Mularkey.

That offense we saw last night from the other team, that's the offense this team needs. And it just so happens their OC is available. AND has ties to our GM. I get why some people would think "Look, we made the playoffs. Mularkey deserves to stick around." But this is still the perfect time to make a move imo.
