anyone here buy prepped meals from a local? Anyone know anyone who preps meals for others? I’m going to venture into the meal prep business and am just wondering about others experience if you had any

I know a woman who does it. Her clients are mostly older or single professional folks. She seems to make pretty decent money at it. But sorry don't really have much more information on it than that.

From what I've seen... mostly "eclectic" selections. I'd like to try them but my wife and kids have no interest. Their tastes are more... simple.

Something like what I'm talking about would border between frozen dinners and going out to buy your ingredients, though.

However... I'm curious how well it'd work simplifying "basic" meals for people.

    That’s what I’m thinking too

Most meal prep pets are full on dietitians

What if I just prepped normal fresh food with an eye towards good health

    Thanks man!

I’m already ahead of the game since I have a group of people approaching me about it (wife’s fellow nurses) so that’s dope. Just as a chef I was always taught never prep food more than a few days out, kinda worries me how the food on the fourth and fifth days would taste/hold up. But I guess that’s the customers risk in buying food so far in advance right?

Meal prepping is easy for me.

    Cook steaks

    Cook eggs

    Cook chicken

    Divide up for the week.

    Add green beans as required.

Takes maybe two hours on Sunday afternoon.
