I feel it was definitely worth it! Even though I no longer live in Nashville, it has energized the fan base. We need something to cheer about lol. Murlarkey coming back is a good thing as far as chemistry for the team and locker room but play calling must change.

Okay but even if McDaniels had nothing to do with him. You can tell by the scheme and playcalling that he would help Mariota greatly.

wanting to lose if we're 1-13 is one thing

but this is the mother****ing playoffs.

sad some fans can't enjoy the first playoff win we've had in a decade.

Maybe, but we don't really know that for sure. McDaniels hasn't been good when not working under Belichick and without Brady as his QB. It is certainly possible he will be a better HC the second time around, but there is certainly no guarantee with that.

That's true. I'd prefer him to be our OC because he can't be any worse than what we have now. But he's not leaving the Pats OC job to be our OC.

He joined teams which weren't in position to be taken over and be immediately successful. Which is why he's being more patient and shrewd about his next venture.

I’m happy the titans are guaranteed a divisional round game this weekend as opposed to a hypothetical playoff game in the future.

There’s no guarantee that McDaniels or any other coach will do as well or better than Mularkey.

How do you measure happiness and put a value on how we felt as the game was being played out on Saturday? I can't put a value on it but damn the emotions and overwhelming joy I felt was unbelievable! I have not cheer for the Titans like that since the days of Eddie and Blaine.

The victory was pure bliss. It did wonders for the fans, the franchise, the players and nationally we got love and street cred. The nation got to see a wonderful battle and we came out looking like gladiators. We left the greater memory and went beast mode and finished strong. The world got to see MM8 magic, Henry beasting, O Line crushing and defense completely shutting down KC in the 2nd half.

I literally got 50 text messages from all my friends and colleagues as they know I'm a huge Titans fan. They were very impressed by MM8 and how we came back to win after looking like it was a blowout. After that game, we know have lots of folks cheering for us to succeed.

So, yes, the win was worth it.
