Dumb threads are dumb.

 

With the exception of the interception, MM was pretty good today.

 

I get peeved when they lose, but don't get mad.

Direct your attention to a real team like the Preds, you'll live much happier.

 

Which was the same god damn play as the Arizona interception.

 

Outside the Int, I agree he played good today. I do wish he'd step up and just call the shots more. I noticed he audible out of lots of plays today and got the ball moving which was awesome to see. I think he's tired of this scheme and Robiskie.

 

Every player on offense is tired of this scheme. I have a feeling if they bring in a new OC he would be some one from a nursing home based on the love of dinosaurs this organization has.

 

Here's my 2 cents. Mariota is not 100% , which is why he doesn't run as much and doesn't throw the ball accurately all of the time. My question is why doesn't this team have a young 2nd team stud at qb to push Mariota? Our 2nd string qb is gets paid to run practice only, hence Mariota has to play. WE need another qb ready to go in cases such as this.

 

Because that's not how the NFL works. Nobody has a stud 2nd QB sitting on the bench ready to replace a young established starter (which Mariota is despite his flaws). The 2nd QB is either a journeyman who is there to assist a younger QB or a young QB being groomed to eventually replace the veteran starter.

 

I would go further and say all O players have lost confidence in coaches and scheme....if they ever really had any to begin with.
