Did you buy a PS4 in its first 2 years?

 

I'm not complaining about Nintendo ports, it never occurred to me they were on the Wii U.

I'm just saying 3 of the top 4 are Zelda, Mario and Mario. It's basically Microsoft and Halo, Gears and Forza.

Variety is the spice of life. There's a reason Sony has been so successful as a gaming company while Nintendo and Microsoft have been up and down.

Year 2. Never had a lack of games to play so don't use that argument.

 

This year, hell any year. Find me a company with 2 95+ plus titles in one year

PS4 was dreadful until 2016. Outside of Bloodbourne it had no reason to be picked up. Every other game was better served on PC.

 

Considering most don't release 2 games in one year.

More 90s pre-2016 than post 2016.

Publishers do indeed release more then 1 game per year.

Pre-2016 90s would be halved if not for remasters. It was so bad Dragon Age Inquisition was winning GOTYs lol.

I'm using your logic. Why pick up a PS4 when you can use a PC to play games in better quality(frame rate and resolution) and with a large game base on steam?

 

Why is Remasters an argument against it? They are still games that people didn't play, or wanted to play again. Case in point is GTAV still being top 10 in sales every single month.

PC v console is an entirely different argument compared to console v another console.

 

It's an argument because it's a prexisting game, something that can be had elsewhere.

Wat? It's not a different argument. Device to play games on vs device to play games on. Just because ones sole purpose is for games while the other can do more dosent negate that.

Your argument is why get a switch when the PS4 has so many games and better quality. Games is the sticking point. Dosent matter if it's a console or PC, it's a method to acquire and play said copious amounts of games. So again, why buy a PS4 when there's wayyyyy more games that run wayyyyy better on PC?
