Pre-Game Thread Game 6: Colts @ Titans

Not saying he calls all the plays.... I seriously doubt that. However, he did say he called that play.

However, I would not be shocked if he called many of the plays. It is his offense..... He has given credit to Robiskie for some plays; so I would say he (Robiskie) has his hand in some of it as well.

I really don't care TBH.... I just want it to get MUCH BETTER. We have a shot at the playoffs this year. However, it is going to take a big turn around to get there at this point. We have not been very good in the past 2 weeks.

Hopefully that changes this Monday.

 

I don't think there will be either. No matter how much fans may want that..... JRob does not have control of the HC & AAS loves Mularkey.

I am not going to say I hope we lose to get another HC. That's crazy to me. We have been bad for long enough. I want us to be better than we have been. We have been average or below average for far too long. I don't care who the HC is that gets us there. I want us to win & make the playoffs. I want us to consistently win & make the playoffs. While I am not confident that Mularkey is the guy to do that. He still has the rest of the season to prove me wrong; & I hope he does. I have been waiting for this team to be good for far too long.

If Mularkey gets us to the playoffs & turns things around; I will be a happy camper! I don't need him to be my favorite person to be happy the team is winning.

If he gets us to the playoffs he will have done a lot that I did not think he would do. It would be hard to not start buying into what he is doing if that happens. I would think everyone would have to start giving him some credit at that point. That's a long way off & a lot of work to be done. He has a lot to improve IMO before that will happen.

 

Yes, but it's Cassel, your OL, Murray & Henry against the Colts defense vs Brisset & crickets vs your defense. I think you have the advantage especially at home.

 

i would be more inclined to believe you, but last game Derrick Henry got 4 carries & DeMarco Murray was non-existent.

and TY Hilton absolutely torched us last year. We don't have any WRs that can torch anyone.

 

Corey "Jerry MF Rice" Davis is currently torching our GM since being drafted WR #5 and can't play.

 

Our GM is getting himself torched drafting Dudd’s also and bringing in Logan “Try-in’”.

 

I'd be ok spending a 4th if there was a QB that JR felt would be worth a damn. I'd want the rest of the picks to be defense though, maybe an OG but that's it.

 

In this crap division, and Watt hurt, Jags are improving but we can be beat them, Luck out and soon coming off injury, playoffs shouldn't be a goal it should a given.
Like I said before, the division is setting up for us taking it but we keep crapping the bed

 

You mean "The Ghost".....Haven't seen Davis since week 1. Before that I think he made an appearance in Pre Season....

I liked the pick when he made it. Especially when Williams & Ross were immediately out for extended time. At this point though I am starting to think there was not a WR taken in the 1st round that will play a significant role this year.

The more I think about it the less I like the pick. If we are going to run such a vanilla offense & only pass 18-20 times a game; it makes no sense to take a WR at #5! This team has sorely missed a true #1 WR. I am starting to wonder if we still are...... That's just frustration. We really don't know what we have with the kid cause he hasn't played enough. Hopefully he will be as good as I thought he would be in spite of the limited offense we run. He looked good in his first game. I really wish Mularkey had sit him a couple weeks longer now knowing what we do. Instead of rushing him onto the field before he was ready. Then putting him back on the field after he originally pulled it in the game.

Oh well, nothing we can do now except wait till he comes back & see what we have.... IF we actually pass enough to get him a few catches.
