Aaron Rodgers in GB, Stafford in Detroit, Brees in NO, Brady in NE (sometimes), back in the day- Moon w/ Houston, Marino w/ Miami, Cunningham in Phi, Favre in GB a couple years (specifically around his first SB).

That's off my head, I'm sure I can dig for more, but no, a good running game is not required for a good offense however does help.

im not jumping on to LAR yet. They beat SF (expected to be a #1 draft pick candidate), Indy with superstar Scott Tolzien and no run game, and Washington who has at least a questionable defense, they live or die on Cousins game.

Todd Gurley definitely helps Goff though.

I don't think a single person was like "Wow I'm glad we hired Mularkey and Robiskie, they're going to be great for marcus."

I'm not usually wrong we just have different opinions most of the time . If u took a poll right now I bet at least 60% of Titans fans would vote for McNair over Moon .

I have never said Mariota sucks and I doubt anyone has I'm just saying he's an average QB right now but has the potential to be a very good QB in this league but the key word is " potential" we've seen plenty of QBs come and go with potential . The bottom line is Mariota hasn't done enough to be considered our franchise QB of the future . Everything looks good on paper but you have to perform on the field and again this is my opinion his performance hasn't sold me on him yet. If he has sold you and you believe all the hype espn and John Grudden tell you then great I hope your right and I hope developes into a top 5 QB in the league .

    I call BS!!!

Anyone voting McNair over moon either doesn't know what they're talking about or is truly just a Titans fan, not of the previous franchise location.(aka Oilers)

Those QBs you just mentioned are not young QBs either, their established QBs in the league. But I should of been clear when I made that statement, also NO was #15th in rushing per game, and NE in #12th - I think at some point you need an established running game to even have success in the playoffs or just win games in general. But thats another topic for another day.

Also, aomething to consider, those QBs that had no running game had far superior WRs/weapons on their teams vs those QBs with running games, besides maybe Brady.

What could MM8 had done more in two yrs for you to think he was a franchise QB? Just curious to read your opinion.

    Actually
actually I am a Oilers/Titans fan... I love Warren moon and he is probably my favorite QB of all time but he never led us to a Super Bowl ( first in franchise history) or 2 AFC championship games and won a MVP ?

Ya, McNair was on the team but he didn't lead them there.

Loved McNair but he's not even close to better than Moon.
Plus I really disagree with your 60% figure.
