That is so stupid. It's like when I called out Mariota for fumbling too much during the last off-season. Someone pointed out that Tom Brady fumbles just as much.

When both of these guys are the best in the league and the possible GOATs of their position I will live with the deficiencies.

Saying that young players have some things to improve upon shouldn't be met with such opposition.

I agree 82. Apparently his receiving skills have improved as well, and he did fine last year in that area. This will help with that also.

His receiving skills coming out the backfield were awkward to be honest. He never caught the ball in stride. Hopefully we can work on his timing.

Henry catching a pass in stride will be deadly.

Adoree can return kicks, other than that he needs to focus on CB.

I thought he did alright for a rook, but apparently he worked on that and looks a bunch better. They are also saying he looks quicker/faster and shiftier as well. I sure hope so man.

I think Murray gets a smaller workload compared to last season when he was basically forced to run the ball slot because we had like 2 weapons in the passing game( Walker, Mathews). Tn would be wise to preserve Murray throughout the year so he can be very effective each time he gets the ball. Same with Henry. Big bruising backs like them don't last long in the NFL.

I agree with this...Murray won't get run into the ground early in the season. We will pass more than last yr which will take some of his carries away from him.

The one thing that nobody has mentioned is injuries. We were very lucky from an injury standpoint last yr. From an offensive standpoint we now actually have some depth at both the WR and RB positions. I do not think that Smith will be near ready to take over Walker's role if he were to go down. My feeling is that we would go to more 3 WR sets if Walker gets hurt.

I do not think that we have any guys who are going to start bitching about touches as long as we are winning...if the offense isn't scoring points and Walker is only touching the ball 2-3 times a game then I could see him start talking some.

I really think that Mariotta will be given the reigns more to run this offense from the LOS. Getting us into the best run/pass depending on what he reads pre-snap.

Mariota in the Fully Loaded Shotgun for the first time.

I am most excited to see the best Red Zone WR with the best Red Zone QB

How is it stupid to point out the truth? The Vikings used to bench Peterson on 3rd and medium/3rd and long because of this. You claimed a RB shouldn't start if he's not good in pass protection. I was just pointing out that there are certainly exceptions to that. And there are. Peterson being one such case.

he has the chance to take it the distance when he has the ball in his hands. We don't have anyone like that on offense with that ability to run after the catch like that.
