I wouldn't but the keyword you used in your post was healthy. Something he struggles with or I would be on board with him at five. I want no part of his injury history.

You think Adams is Griffin 2.0? Lol
33 is his college #, besides I didn't make that just posted it. It's from a Titans site.

No not at all lol. Jus joking because of 33 . I like Adams he's gonna ball , wouldn't be mad if we pick him. I prefer other players tho because of position.

Y'all choosing Hooker are crazy. Hooker is a deep safety and Byard already more than fills that role. Jamal is way more versatile and oh yeah it wasnt a 4.45 at his pro day, it was a 4.38. And Jamal blows so many plays up with his physicality. He's gonna go #2 or #3 most likely though anyways.

I doubt SF takes him. Word is they are wanting to switch Reid over to the strong side, but I could see CHI or JAX taking him. Byard has also not proven himself as a deep safety, and never was in the discussion to be as good as Hooker at the position anyways. We leave huge holes in the middle, and Hooker could help us with that tremendously, probably more so than any other player in the draft.

Thing is though, we aren't drafting him. Maybe if he slips to 18 somehow, or we trade down and he's there, but with no visit for him I just couldn't see it happening unless the Titans have some secrets brewing up.

I think Adams is a typical J-Rob/DL guy, and I love him too, so I'd be very happy with that more realistic pick too.

Brian Costello of the New York Post said first-round S Jamal Adams looked like the "real deal" at minicamp and OTAs.
Per Costello, Adams had the most impressive spring of any Jets rookie since Sheldon Richardson broke onto the scene in 2013. Adams flashed playmaking ability by breaking up "plenty of passes" and even came away with a few picks. Costello believes he'll have an immediate impact on the Jets' secondary. The sixth overall work is penciled in as New York's starting strong safety.
