I don't think anyone born before 94 thinks LeBron is the GOAT. He's creeping up though, at worst, he'll be in the top 3 by the time he retires if he isn't already. Hate LeBron all you want, but he's already passed Kobe. LeBron is probably the only player in the world that you can put him on literally any team and at worst, they'll be a mid-tier playoff team. The dude averaged 34, 12, and 10 in the Finals, and the Cavs actually played well as a whole, Golden State was just too stacked.

I think what hurt LeBron the most was he should have not had a TV special saying he was going to the Heat in 2010. He should have told Wade and Bosh that the Cavs are his team and had the big 3 just come together in Cleveland.

LeBron's fan kill him too. All I heard today was congrats on winning but if LeBron had Chris Paul, Paul George and Russell Westbrook with him they would have won.

No they wouldn't. Russell Westbrook would have shot the ball 45 times a game.

Lebron is the biggest cherry picker in sports.

He uses stats to coast away from scrutiny.

Like the way he purposely tries to get triple-doubles rather than trying to actually win the game or put up points.

Because he figured out: If you camp out under the goal or become passive on shot opportunities when your team is down 8 pts, the commentators and fans are only going to say "Yeah! But he had a triple-double!!" instead of noting how he vanished when his team really needed him to be a scorer and put them on his back. Because fans don't ask themselves "Why was Lebron James just standing around on yet another fast-break?...." (A: because he's trying to get his triple-double by rebounds. Stats, stats, stats before wins!)

    That's who he is.

When the Cavs were in trouble-- it was never Lebron stepping up. EVER this series.

It was JR Smith. Kyrie. Love, even in the last game. Korver.

Lebron instead wants to draw a foul or pass it.

Until late in the 4th when the game is out of reach... THEN he all of a sudden becomes aggressive and wants to drive every possession and get his easy layups. Because then... there's no pressure to fail.

He's the least competitive superstar in sports history.

I don't like lebron either but Korver stepped up? he played 18 minutes in the last game and had zero rebounds, zero assists and was 1-3 with 3 points. Lebron like it or not was the only consistent player on the cavs game in and game out. He's whiney and entitled but I don't think any player on the cavs had even close to the impact lebron had.

I think it was their first win when Korver couldn't miss.

But then again, I guess none of them could miss that game.

    And Kyrie was as consistent.

You can say the same for the Warriors. Durant is the only consistent player on the team. Steph will vanish some games. Klay Thompson couldn't even make a layup in game 5. Etc

No player had even close to impact?

Uh.... Kyrie???? The guy that MOVED the game? haha He was the entire backbone/sparkplug for that team this finals. Any time they were hanging, it was because he was pushing the momentum/doing things. Whenever he'd fall... the team did nothing.

Lebron piggy-back's off Kyrie's spark, also. Happened last year as well.
