My preference is for Adams as well (or Hooker or Howard). I just think that barring injury, those three (aside from Garrett) will be the 3 best players to come out of this draft. I feel like we can get a decent CB later on.

People claim that there is enough depth at CB that a solid one will be there at 18...But now we're down 2 who were potentially going in the teens.

If we do neglect to draft Lattimore, when can we adequately address this position?

Well if we trade with Cleveland, which looks like something that could potentially happen, I'm sure that trade would more than likely include Cleveland's 1st pick in the 2nd round (33rd overall) as JRob has stated he's interested in moving back into the 2nd. That 33rd pick would be a prime position to grab a CB.

A lot of the draft guides I've been looking at have several good CBs in the 32-47 range.

Ideal for me would be a trade with Cle.

Trade #5 for #12, #33 and a 3rd next year. (If we have multiple offers, that;; grive the price up)

Also, wouldn't mind trading down from 18 for an extra 3rd.

    12: Howard/Davis
    18: White/Humphrey/Awuzie
    33: Cunningham

Here's a list of very good CB's in this draft after Lattimore that would be perfectly good value at #18:
    Humphrey - Bama
    Conley - OSU
    White - LSU
    King - Washington
    Jackson - USC
    Awuzie - COL
    Jones - Washington

Adding Jones back into the 1st round conversation after his medical update. I'm sure the teams know more than I do, but before the injury we would have been lucky to have him reach #18. He's very talented.

Also keeping Conley in because this whole thing seems bogus as hell. He's a helluva talent too.

After that there's about 10 other guys who are considered 2-4 round talent including the UF corners, the other Colorado guy, and the Clemson CB. There's A LOT of talent at CB.

Even some of the late round guys look good too, like Elder from Miami and Myrick from MN to name a few.

Sadly I think the Bears will take Adams. Nobody trusts the Jets not to go QB at 6 so the Trade with the Browns and ourselves makes sense on paper.

Were we to take 12 and the 33 there is a very outside possibility that Lattimore could last until then but its a VERY outside possibility. I'm comfortable with Davis rather than Williams if we do go WR. Sadly Foster has burnt his boats otherwise he at 12 , WR at 18 then CB or S at 33 would be sound strategy.
