All B******** aside, that was an impressive highlight tape. We need a massive upgrade at ILB, but I just don't see us grabbing him at 5. I see our point of view, but we are so damn weak in our def. secondary and our WR position must be addressed in the 1st round (unless we get Boldin).

Unless we trade down, I think it's going to get a WR and CB in the first round. If we grab a WR at 5, we are going for a CB at 18, and vice versa.

If we trade back with Clev. for their 12th pick, then I am all for getting OJ or Foster.

I like the lattimore rice combo. Adds serious speed to both units.

I think ross can be a complete receiver in this league. But even if he never hits is full potential, he's floor is very useful. Him standing over there being all fastest man in the NFL pretty much guarantees he gets safety help. Which is one safety not in the box or doubeling dw.

The more i watch ross the more i want him. But, i still have tons of doubt with him. As far as wrs go, i still think McCaffrey is the best (even being a project). But, i wouldn't be mad at the pick at all. Having a guy that fast in a run first o is huge, add the fact we have the fastest qb in the league and that's very hard to defend. But, i still feel McCaffrey would have a bigger impact on our team.

I wouldn't hate McCaffrey either. But most Titans fans I mention that to can't get it out of their mind that he's a RB and they always say "we don't need ANOTHER RB." I'm like, "Dude, he played slot in college almost as much as RB and he has great hands."

If we were to trade with Buffalo at 10 or Carolina at 8 and Foster is there, that's prime positioning to snag him. We may need to get in front of Cincy to get him though.

I see your points about WR and CB but as we've learned, when you draft for need instead of best player you end up with a Jake Locker instead of JJ Watt (which actually happened). I don't think any WR is worth taking in the top 10 but I think Foster may just be the best player in the draft.

I also think Foster, with his ability to cover, will really help our pass defense even though he's a LB. If you look at the stat lines last year and see passes completed and passing yards against us, how much of that was really our LBs inability to cover as opposed to the secondary? At least some right?

People are afraid of projects and i get that. But, he is much less of a project than people make him out to be. He is an instant starter at wr on this team, our primary kr and pr, also a situational back. A guy like him really opens up the roster.

He may go sooner than 18. Seems like Solomon Thomas -people knock him because they don't think he fits a particular mold, but he's clearly going to be good.
