Fournette will not have a zeke like impact because the Jacksonville line sucks. He needs a good line in front of him, he's not a guy who can make a bad line look good I Think.

Stupid penalties make Mularkey crazy. Foster might be prone to them, especially if opponents figure out they can get under his skin. And they would... Agree Jax more likely to go Fournette, but a reliable TE often helps a QB get into a good rhythm, something Bortles needs. Either would give them a boost...

this is only gonna make Reuben Foster better. He's a "chip on the shoulder" type player.

zero concerns with him as an ILB. I prefer attitude problems from a LB.

That's Sabnh being Saban. No other coach guides player on a professional tract like he does. That statement is not a reflection on Foster. Saban would have something like that to say if every other draft prospect were on his team.

Having extreme reactions to things is different than playing with a "chip on the shoulder". Having the former results in ODB caliber outbursts which ultimately cost the team, and can cause trouble off the field.

The problem in this draft is there is only one true blue chipper and that's Garrett. Beyond him, everyone's a 10-15 pick. Lattimore, Foster, Davis, Hooker, Allen all have some injury concerns. Adams is the only one checking off every box for scouts and GM's and while he's a very good player, his tape doesn't make me think top 5!

I really like Howard and he has shown some great flashes, but most of his college tape is blocking. Does he look like a top 5 pick?

That's not to say there won't be some great stars and ANY of the guys mentioned so far could turn into a legit NFL super star. But a lot of them have the potential to have been overdrafted.

I think Lattimore is the best CB in the draft...but is he a top 2 talent?

So I'd be shocked if the draft started this way and frankly wouldn't mind. You still have your option of Davis at WR, Hooker at S or Foster at ILB. I'd be even more shocked if the draft started like this and we didn't have several good trade down options. Moving from 6 to 5 or 10 to 5 is not nearly as expensive as moving 5 to 1 so it wouldn't be nearly as expensive to trade up to us (ahead of the Jets) to get the best QB in the draft.
