If healthy, a McCourty and Logan CB tandem is not bad at all. Then you add The Cryp. Keeper and Byard as Safeties. Byard can ball hawk enough that Cyrp can play in the box. If Howard is gone at #18, we need to seriously look at Reddick (if he is even on the board. We need an inside linebacker that can cover.

You mean the guy available late in the season who no other team wanted? That guy?

Lol I swear this board suffers from short term memory loss.

9-7 in the weakest division in football? One year removed from going 3-13, and that was still in the weakest division in football lol

I think Sims has a solid chance. He looked very capable.

Reed, I'm not sure. Didn't seem to earn the coaches trust last season. Hopefully he pans out because he was a nice sleeper

Although i think we as titans fans are delusional to the fact we can't win the division, we are a much improved team. We are focused (with jrob) on winning the sb, not division. I get the first things first approach by most here, but we are going for more than that. Even with losing the division to an inferior team, we were 1/2 a game out. Jrob and co knows they have a superior approach. We will win the afcs this year and make a run. BANK IT!!!

I wouldn't be surprised when Sims ends up the corner this staff trust the most with one on one coverage while Ryan needs over the top help when playing the outside or gets kicked inside during 3 WR sets.

And not the weakest..One of the weakest lol
I realize we made a huge improvement. And I agree we are building this team for down the road/ future not now.
3-13 to 9-7 with some improvements is exactly my point why we can't take Jags lightly.

I just feel like some people take the improvement for granted

I think a bit of positivity is warranted. Unlike many other teams, I can confidently say we are already better as a team this off-season.

How did the Chiefs, Texans, Colts, Raiders, Steelers, Bills and Dolphins actually get better this year? The best most of them did was simply retain a player or two. On the other hand, we got 3 new starters on D, brought in the most talented special teamers in the country, and we haven't even hit the draft yet.

If we can snag a playmaker or two who can contribute year 1 from the draft, then we'll be well ahead of the curve and anything less than the playoffs would be a serious disappointment.
