Under the radar potential 2017 FA signing ...

I like this guy, he's actually pretty good, and we wouldnt have to draft a TE to eventually take over for Delanie. Plus taking another under the radar TE from the 49ers and turning him into gold would just be funny.

Delanie was always good. He was just behind that other guy. (Can't recall his name at moment). If I recall, that guy pretty much sucked and Delanie has quietly been one of the top TEs since. If that can happen again, sign this guy asap!

 

Vernon Davis, and he was very good at the time but regressed hard due to injury.

 

Yeah, that's him. And yes, I meant he was good at the time but flopped hard, meanwhile Delanie has been top 2-3 for TE's since. 1st in receptions and 3rd in TDs if I'm not mistaken. Pretty good for a "back up" TE from another team.

 

What's the status of Jace Amaro? He filled in 1 game for DW and did alright, but nothing since? He's young, big, tall and fast so I was thinking we'll groom him as the eventual TE of the future?

 

When Walker left SF, there were some questions about his hands. He was dropping some of the few throws he saw. I would say in the couple years he's been in Tennessee, he's answered those questions, it's not a problem.

 

Fasano and Supernaw are both FA next season. At worse, Amaro should replace Fasano and Supernaw can be re-signed since he's a pretty good blocker.

 

Who's going to be a FA CB that we should be looking into?
