Rumor Will Robinson Consider Moving McCourty to FS?

No reason in cutting him. We're not hurting for money and we have no viable replacement. I would be okay with moving him to FS if that means we're bringing in Ramsey, that makes the most sense. Especially if we plan to bring back McCourty.

 

I don't think McCourty is going to come back. I think he's gonna take a discount to go play with his bro. When the Pats won the SB 2 years ago he was openly whining about how his brother has had so much success and he's only seen the playoffs once.

Idk about moving him to fs. He is a decent #2 corner still. But, if we grab ramsey then I'd be open to moving him. I feel like he might be a good center fielder. But, after his contract is up i would just move on from him. We need his replacement in this draft.

Bingo, unless we turn the corner this year or the next he is gone and we will need to find a competent replacement.

he's made some money, now he'll want to win, and probably closer to home than Nashville.

 

I'd rather have Ramsey at FS, he's way more likely to make more plays all over the field than Cushions McCourty.
