Yeah- but I think with Green Bay they don't have to have the 51% authority to act on behalf of the organization. I think the problem we're not hearing about is that one of the sisters most likely wants to sell and the others (>50% shareholders) do not. I think this has NFL uneasy that a franchise owners could be in court at some point trying value the shares.

If you've ever been in a partnership its difficult sailing if you have one who wants to get out and another who doesn't. The one that wants out wants a fair price and the one that stays in will only buy (if they are even able to) at discounted price.

IMO- the league fears the possibility of one of its franchises being damaged by owners "fighting" to maximize their own financial interests. The move this franchise keeps making suggests that it really is ALL about money. Not knocking the owners, they are doing what they should if they have no passion about football. But they ARE going to have to agree on the best course of action to get a single voice that answers to the league. We saw how the power struggle worked when TS jumped in and jumped out on behalf of his wife and how Strunk stays in the shade. Hell- the franchise wasn't even represented by an owner at the owner's meeting

Let's see what happens this upcoming year. There are a LOT of long term high paying PSL holders who've had enough of the Adams family. They've made no bones about needing to sell suites and PSL's. If they lose more guaranteed ticket sales, we'll have to see. I honestly don't know what % of revenue is from ticket sales and/or how that cash flow is allocated for operating expenses.

I think a great question is just how does an empty stadium (or at least minimum season ticket sales) effects the franchise.

Yea that is very true, but owners aren't always rationale. I can name a handful off the top of my head that have made selfish decisions because of their egos over the right financial decision

butts in seats isnt a good way to gauge, most of the tickets are sold just not utilized.. But that may change if they keep allowing this kind of product onto the field.

I just don't have interest.. I fell in love with the Tennessee Titans, everything about them.. I love Nashville as a city, I can't wait to come back.. It just feels right to me.

Oakland is so damn far from me..

I supposed I'd have no choice but to still root for them, I love the NFL, this franchise and I'm not just gonna pick another random team I've never felt any affection for.

My point is most of the tickets will no longer be sold until discounted game day. Their budget will be rattled without the sale.

The hook is that PSL license fee to have the privilege of buying season tix. It keeps people from bailing out longer because that fee is lost if they ever decide to buy season tix again. It works when there is demand but the Adams family has pissed away a lot of loyalty from fans like me who pay for season tix.

I'm so disgusted with this organization I'm writing off the loss my PSL money (and I had 8) over the 15 years I've had tix. I refuse to throw any more money away. It's throwing good money after bad.

And even if they DO get to the playoffs, I'll just buy tix for that game and still come out WAY ahead. The Adams heirs have completely destroyed my enjoyment of watching home games. We lose at home and have been for over 4 years now. And they hire a losing HC.

Used to be I'd bring folks for EVERY home game. And even if we lost one, we'd win one that same season we weren't supposed to. I honestly couldn't even GIVE my 50 yard line club level seats away to my friends or employees the past 2 years. It has become THAT BAD. And f*CK Amy Adams Strunk and her lazy ass insulting BS bag of "spin". And f*ck Underwood and his nursing home puzzy mouth that discharges her drivel.

Nashville isn't a top tourist destination? I think the city is a hot spot for tourist from the U.K. every year.

Nashville is a great city for the NFL. Lots of character. The Adams family has never directed a successful campaign to meld the city character with the NFL. A different owner could.
