In the 4th paragraph half way down it says "Robinson still conducting interviews" and in his post today, Wyatt says the owners doing this and no mention about Robinson. I also think Robinson has agreed in principle but have not seen that he signed the dotted line yet.

 

That's official. It was announced on Titansonline.

 

See that. Think they really meant Titans but you're right how they wrote it. Look further down and the author clarifies the issue.

I don't know if the ink is dry on Robinsons contract but I think it's safe to say it's a done deal. And I'm certain he's involved in HC search now.

 

Yeah, I think it's a done deal too, but even on Titansonline.com it is a one sentence reference in Wyatt's column and not a stand alone official, it's been signed thing yet. Which I only bring up because he may not be sitting in on interviews yet.

 

I'm gonna assume if we don't hear about Mularkey tonight then it's not him

 

Titans Hire Jon Robinson as General Manager

It's official.

The only way this franchise could get lower would be to announce something like this on the official site, with the controlling owner's quote saying he's been hired, and have it fall through.

 

But would you be surprised?

The same guys that have been calling it for Mularkey for weeks continued the same thing today.

And, now we are all convinced it's Mularkey?
