Rumor Ballard front runner for Titans GM

She skipped the Owners Meeting

 

Supposedly to work on hiring a GM & HC...... Let's see if we have a GM tomorrow. I have serious doubts she does anything before Underwood returns from the Owners Meeting Thursday.

Kinda strange to not hear anything by now about GM or another interview considering she did not go to the Owners Meeting.

Yea I think you most likely hit the nail on the head.

I REALLY hopes she makes us both eat our words and announces a new GM TOMMORROW.......One that has the guts to say;

We CANNOT hire Mike Mularkey as full time HC. We CANNOT do that to our fans, our team, and our entire staff. We MUST start fresh with our new vision and form the identity of this team.

***Damn am I a dreamer or what???

Very encouraging that she skipped the meeting IMO.

Gets my hopes back up one last time that a GM (Ballard) will be named tomorrow.

 

So a GM is only allowed to hire a HC that he has prior connections to? ... he can't, I don't know, interview potential candidates and make his decision based on who he thinks would be the best fit?
