What would you do with $1.5B?

I would give @TitanJeff a million dollars for goTitans and rule with an iron fist.

Also I would move far away from anyone who knows me.

I'd give everyone who was ever nice to me, 1 million dollars. Or maybe at least 500K for the ones who aren't close friends. A smart person can live a lifetime off of 1 million.

 

I could always move to a ridiculously poor country and just buy the whole damn thing. Kick out the inhabitants. Buy an army of mercenaries and rule my kingdom.

Kind of like the Vatican.

I've thought about this too (pipe dream I know lol). IDK about "everyone who was ever nice to me" but if I won an insane amount of money I think I would buy (or pay off) a house for all of my closest friends and family. Not having to worry about mortgage/rent puts you way ahead in the game and should make the rest of your life relatively care-free (at least financially).

 

It certainly should. But stupid does prevail sometimes. My aunt inherited my grandmas house. Totally free. Owed back taxes in 5 years or less and got booted. Lol. Taxes on that house court not have been more than 1k per year.
I'll amend my statement. The stupid people who have been nice to me, I'll put the money in a fund to where they can only draw interest until retirement.

My mom is friends with a lady who won the lottery. Didn't give her any money though. Still keeps in touch but moved to Florida immediately.
