    leg throw downs are good, usually calls for 2 people but if you have any core you can do it alone, less enjoyable tho

    I honestly don't do much direct ab work (JCB has lectured me about that before). When I do I usually go with the ab roller. They're cheap and very effective.

    ab roller is good stuff,

    generally most of my workouts in the past cover working my core so i really never had to do much direct ab work

    bodybuilding.com is a good resource. There is a section where you can choose a muscle and it will show you all the different lifts/exercises for that muscle/group. There are community ratings too so you can kinda get an idea of what's effective and what's garbage.

    all of those workouts work, but like all workouts they all get redundant and stale

    variety is the secret

    Is it possible to gain weight and lose fat at the same time or should I focus on one or the other.

    of course you can add weight and burn fat, IDK if I mentioned it but I put on 20lbs one summer and dropped to 4% bf

    I have my old routine somewhere on paper at home, Ill see if I can dig it up. My thing was a lot of variety. Not only does it keep it interesting but also builds up your stabilizer muscles that hold you together. Most people dont do enough workouts that stretch you out in all directions. Doing all kinds of workouts keeps you loose, and lessens the chances of pulling something.
