Post-Game Thread Texans @ Titans Post-Game

He was busy beating the Carolina Dab$ today while we got publicly humiliated. Again.

 

This game HAS to show how badly Webster needs to be replaced. The roster he has formed STILL has NO direction, NO identity, and NO heart. The oline has had more resources thrown at it than ANY position on the team. This is the worst unit I have seen this team field EVER. This unit is possibly worse than when Oher & Levitre manned the line. The bad thing is that the return of Schwenke next year will hurt more than it helps IMO. I am really beyond tired of seeing this team waste top resources on positions that still need attention after the resources are wasted...

TIME FOR WEBSTER & ANYONE WHO SUPPORTS HIM TO HIT THE ROAD!!! BEYOND TIME!!

If we keep Webster we may as well keep Mularkey.....no respectable HC will come to this team under this management.

 

That's probably because the stadium was half empty so the tickets were CHEAP and those people hadn't been to a game since those guys actually played.

 

Watching the game illustrates how badly the Titans need a RB and oline help. 51 pass attempts with Mett or MM8 at the helm isn't going to get it done. I know I had a thread that proposes an in division trade but seriously draft a tackle and do what you gotta do to draft Derek Henry bc both will go a long way in making the titans more formidable in the division. Im glad my Texans made it look easy today

 

If you watched the entire game you'd see that Sensabaugh had the best coverage on Hopkins all day. No sense defending Coty, he's not my brother....but Webb and Cox gave up completions without even laying a finger on him. At least when Sensabaugh was covering him, he was close to Hopkins enough to disrupt or touch him. The deep ball was a beauty from Weeden and again no Safety anywhere to be found?

I honestly couldnt give a **** less about this team right now. This is also the first christmas I specifically asked that no one spend any money on Titans merch for me. I'd rather have socks right now

 

I watched the ENTIRE rotten game. I saw Sensabaugh in coverage....He was repeatedly beaten all day. Even the announcers made the comment, "And they continue to pick on Sensabaugh"......When the talking heads notice how bad it is.....it is bad.

Cox and the Safeties didn't play better....no one said they did. However, what Sensabaugh did was nothing. There was no coverage on Hopkins....especially where Sensabaugh was concerned. Saying he was the best of the worst is not exactly a ringing endorsement.

Sensabaugh was WAY outclassed and over matched. He has been all year. He cannot be allowed to play outside anymore. I understand that McCourty is hurt and we have little choice about playing him. However, he is a below average NB at best.

 

Nobody is endorsing him. And saying that he had the best coverage on the Texans best WR DOES MEAN SOMETHING!! That means that he was our best chance. Webb was giving him 15 yd cushions on 3rd and 7, Cox fell down twice!

The problem, and Wilcots stated this repeatedly was that Sensabaugh had no safety help. If they play bracket or man under coverage that allows Coty to sit on his inside hip. There was no help over top and zero pass rush, so Coty was on Revis island.

Coty was not good, but he's just another guy that posters on here love to scapegoat. Y'all make him out to be the reason the Titans lost, and should've been benched for another undrafted FA that would've locked down Hopkins(a probowler).

Remember what Hopkins did last year to McCourty?

 

At what point did you see Sensabaugh on the hip of anyone this year??

 

It's obvious we need safety help. That does not excuse poor coverage. Coty was giving him cushion as well. He played off and still could not keep up.

"Scape goat" LOL...... He has been a problem in the secondary. No one is saying he is the only problem. I do not recall ANYONE saying he is the only problem. He IS, however, part of the problem.
