    There is a Redtail Hawk that presides over the property.
    Totally makes that "Colbert/America" call literally every time i'm out there.

    I get to see a bald eagle on our property at the lake house, pretty cool being a few feet under one when he's perched in the tree overhanging the water... Things are way bigger than you think..

    I get rabbits and wombats. Platypus live in the river down back. Possibly snakes too. Tonnes of birds, but haven't seen any birds of prey closeby. Have seen some wedge-tail Eagles on the drive up.

    Parents get kangaroos across the road, including a rare white one
