    Don't feel bad I've put on about 15lbs in the past few months. Kept eating like I was when I was working out and trying to put on lbs but then stopped working out. I'm 6'0 185lbs so I'm happy with the weight but need to tighten it up now.

    Yeah man it's an oddly satisfying feeling even though it's uncomfortable as hell.

    I already feel better than I have in weeks after my first time back today. I really didn't mean to take that much of a break but I was dealing with some other stuff and it fell by the wayside. I figure I deserved a bit of a break though. I'd been lifting 4 times a week for a year and a half straight with virtually no time off before that.
