Possible Coaches?

    Golly, he inherited a pretty bad team and took them to an 8 split in his lone year as HC. One year is enough to know for sure I spose, right?
    Forget all the amazing work he's done w QBs including a mediocre one in Dalton who's playing lights out this year. We don't need that.

    Titans aren't going to get an established NFL head coach with proven success. Need to pick from a promising coordinator or successful college coach. I think the bigger risk/reward is with a successful college coach that wants a chance at the next level rather than a coordinator that's stuck in the NFL coaching carousel. Of those college coaches, I personally think Art Briles would be both interested and a good fit. He can't win at Bayor forever (Texas will inevitably rise again and dominate the state) and he's proven he can simplify offenses and maximize talent.

    I think that picking our next coach and possibly GM is the biggest decision this team will make since coming to Nashville. We have a legit QB, so with the right coach, the skies the limit!

    Want: Adam Gase, David Shaw, Sean Payton(rumors about his time ending in NO), and Greg Roman.

    Don't want: Jim Schwartz, Kevin Sumlin, Pep Hamilton, Josh McDaniels, Matt Patricia, and Teryl Austin.

    Intrigued by: Hue Jackson, Doug Marrone, Ben McAdoo, Tom Cable, and Pat Schurmer.

    I think Tom Cable got a raw deal when he went 6-0 in the division but missed the playoffs by a game and got fired while he was with the Raiders.
