Well everyone thought that "Wisenhunt is too stubborn to change his offense" all offseason but I think the playcalling fits Mariota perfectly so far. Mix of a standard offense that you need to be successful but also a healthy dosage of the slants and levels concept that Mariota is familiar with.

That team last year was almost talentless. Parcells couldn't have done much better imo. We can disagree on that if you want but Locker isn't in the league anymore... RBs are terrible. Best WR was (and is) Wright + Hunter? Oline injuries... Yuck.

Lack of downfield passing is IMO on Mariota so far. I love the kid but needs to work on his accuracy there a bit. Theres been chances but hes just been a little off. I wouldn't blame Wisenhunt for that. Run game is building up.

We're a really young team that has plenty of young pieces where you want them. Just need to mature the talent a bit. I think we're in the right direction.

And I disagree that "Mariota came like this". Analyst after analyst has said it would take a particular offense or would require time. I think its a little of Mariota being better but also Wisenhunt using him appropriately.

And it can be near impossible to seperate QB and coach... I mean who knows how good McCarthy is or Dungy is without their HoF Qbs. Belichick I think is the exception but they're basically a package deal after a certain point. Obviously not comparing Mariota to either manning or rodgers but you just have to evaluate them as a team is what I'm trying to say.

Agreed.. what's you've described are not market issues. However, market does play a roll in a teams outlook. It should be that much sweeter when we can make it to the playoffs.

These are the games that a YOUNG team are gonna to lose. But the idea is that they're gonna learn from this and avoid these loses in the future.

I think we've got a good base to build off of. Again I liked Poutasi today, if him and Lewan play good we've settled the QB and Oline for the next 5 years minimum. Got some weapons at WR and TE. Need some kind of RB but thats the easiest position to get talent at, and we haven't seen Cobb yet.

I don't think I've seen the Titans win at home in over 3 years. I'm never at the game when they win.

Brutally disappointing loss. The crowd was in it 3Rd Q almost like the old days. When er couldn't punch it in you really the crowd give up knowing what was going to happen.

I don't know if we have the crowd buy into to this team. They set a really bad tone for the fans.

We still need a lot of pieces but we seem to at least be competitive this year and we fight back even when we're down.

One big problem is we have to stop the big play on defense. This is two weeks in a row where the defense has allowed big plays that cost us the game. (special teams too).

Yea it was a pretty bad loss though not gonna lie. I hate the colts. Worst part is knowing that it was happening after they got within 6.

Most spoiled fan base. Wasted a HoFers career, Manning should have won 3+ SBs. Trying to copy the same formula with a QB whose not even close to Mannings level.

I do know that I'm getting a little tired of wasting my Sunday's to watch the games only to end up frustrated week after week, year after year.

Sometimes I feel my time would be better spent doing something else and just watch the highlights after the games until the product on the field matches the value of my time. It's like when you have a favorite restaurant but the food and service goes downhill, you don't go there as much anymore and then eventually you quite going all together...lol

Competitive? We just got beat at home by a bad team. Not to mention, we got beat by the Browns last week, who got beat by the Raiders today at home.

    How is that considered competitive?
