Relative to their draft spots Jake is a much bigger bust. TT at least still has a chance to show he's a good player, Jake is all done.

Yea I suppose, but TT needs to take a bigger step forward than Jake had to. Jake at one point was playing NFL level QB, TT has yet to really flourish in any game.

Both seem like bad picks today.

I like our North team! Get a great look at the prospects we really need to look at!

    But where are...
    Brandon Scherff
    DeVante Parker
    Vic Beasely
    Sean Mannion
    AJ McCann

Very disappointed the above guys are not playing though Mannion still has a chance...they have 2 QB spots open still I think. Really wanted to see Mannion and Petty throw coming from 2 very different styles! I think Parker and Beasely are making a big mistake not playing in this game as there is GREAT competition at there positions and they could really shine against the same competition. Parker is a beast but the perception is that Cooper is the top guy (and there are several other 1st rnd talent WR's to compete with). Beasely is not considered the top guy in perhaps the greatest top heavy pass rush class we've seen in a long time. You could prove that your shorter stature is overcome by your talent and skills and burst. I thought this was gonna be Beasely's chance to overcome a Shane Ray for the top pass rusher spot....but now it looks like hiding:( Remember, you also get a week of NFL coaching and the best 1v1 job interview you could have gotten!

Oh well...c'est la vie. Should be a great game. We will really see if Petty can throw in a conventional offense as some predict.

I remember thinking TT was looking pretty good in preseason and hoping he picked it up in season. But of course he got hurt.

Football gods gave us a gift, sean mannion and bryce petty on whiz senior bowl team. Probably the two best late round prospects.

Looks like White and Dupree just backed out as well. Disappointed in that. Really wanted to see Dupree shine out there. He was a middle to late 1st and thought he could knock up to top 10. I really wanted him, so now I guess I gotta hope some other players rise and maybe dropped him to our second. Doubt it though.

I've liked him for a while. If he's there at #33 I'd take him, especially if we go QB or WR in round 1. I have a suspicion he finds his way into the last half of round 1 though.

I posted in another thread that according to everyone's favorite and most accurate Walter Football we could draft...

Round 1) Leonard Williams DE/DT USC
Round 2) Eric Kendricks ILB UCLA
Round 3) Hauoli Kikaha DE/OLB Washington

But yeah word is good on Kikaha but I guess size is the issue. Gets the underdog that always overachieves storyline.
