Time to cut the grass.

Ya ya, I know it's winter. I have a better shot of grass growing than enjoying this game.

 

It was a team that fit Munch's system. Also, the defense is a whole new situation.

OF COURSE we'll see regression. These players suck AND don't fit this system. Coaching is a wash this year... reload next year then Whiz can be truly called into question.

It's not like this team was great under Munch... they were adequate and built for his style.

good coaches get the most of a bad roster. Bad coaches lose and we all blame it on the roster. Munchak was getting 7-9 wins with a similar roster.

 

One word comes to mind after watching this first half of "action"....

I can deal with only a few wins, but seeing little improvement, little evidence of being competitive shows this team is not on the right track

 

you are wrong...you forgot to add a coaching hire.

 

It pretty obvious, disregarding the injuries, that this team cannot/will not, play the Whiz system. It also obvious already that Whiz and Co. have trouble with discipline, with leadership, with teaching.

If Tommie is smart, he will give Whiz some extra money and say by-by, then find a coach that can coach. Why didn't we get O'Brien? probably didn't want to come here. Who would, really, other than poor coaches who couldn't get a head coach job anywhere else. I think I answered my own question. We will likely have Whiz for the next three years. I feel so depressed, just thinking about it.
