    Actually i don't eat a lot of meat...unless its covered in guacamole or salsa. I don't eat steaks. Or any slabs of meat. Ill eat ground beef or boneless skinless chicken breast and italian sausages and all beef hot dogs and that's basically eat.

    The extruded, nitrate/salt heavy stuff is the meat that worst for ya..
    You can make a helluva chicken patty sandwich with ground chickbreast, coupla eggs, bread crumbs and seasoning..
