    See Britt

    See CJ on short yardage

    See Turner

See someone to get that selective memory of yours fixed.

Britt got benched and deservedly so. What could you do with CJ aside from play him because you are paying him all this money. My main point with that post was to say there was no accountability with Munch as he didn't want to get rid of reynaud who was our biggest F up on the team starting 3 seconds in to the season with a safety. I don't have selective memory, reynaud just stands out in my opinion who showed there was no accountability. I think he set the record for quickest score to start the season or give up points haha

He sure as chit didn't hold Bruce Matthews accountable. I hated that c0cksucker by the end. Matthews could coach a fish into forgetting how to swim.

I do like the learn or look stupid approach but if whiz's approach doesn't work with the team then he looks stupid hahaha. Some players don't care about looking stupid because they get their money anyway so I wish Whiz would come down harder on players than just make them look stupid lol

You really want to give Bruce most of the blame for the poor rushing game the last two seasons?

I put a lot more blame on some expensive players who didn't perform.

We'll have to agree to disagree. I don't see it as babying anyone. Guys have dry spells in all sports. When a player who's produced well in the past is in a rut you hope he plays his way out of it. You don't yank guys at the first sign of trouble. I know people have an accountability fetish and want people benched left and right but that alone doesn't always solve the problem. Things didn't magically get better in the return department when we benched Reynaud. Hell, they arguably got worse.Wylie was a disaster as well and because he didn't a have any kind of track record he was cut immediately. Things didn't settle down until we got Leon in there. Whiz was benching and cutting QB's all the time in AZ and all that did was get his ass fired. Both approaches can back fire.

Wtf are you babbling on about? All Whis is saying is they better learn it in the classroom and at home because the coaches aren't going to spend rep time reviewing what they should have already learned. It is quite simply a stronger requirement of accountability for yptheir responsibility of learning the system(s). It is apparently a culture change from the past.

Agree; I would say that too many of them had to do little to nothing in the way of preparation in college, nor did they excel in their college courses-if they actually attended class, which in many cases likely didn't happen. So it is a big change for them and some are just not up to it. Poor Vince had no clue because he never had to have one. Mack Brown designed every play around what he could do and it worked. But the NFL is not college and some find it is just too hard. With this coach, they will also likely find themselves out of a job.

You implied that Munch was "babying" his players last year. I disagreed and stated why. I like that Whiz is forcing these guys to actually learn their role and execute it properly. I won't like it if he starts benching guys prematurely as he famously did in AZ. Sitting guys down is not the only way to make them accountable. Not sure where I was babbling but w/e.
