    Well it's only in place in three cities. Nashville is working on their plans to get it approved hopefully so we will see. It will take time, but I keep hoping it will get into Nashville then get out to surrounding areas like a Brentwood where we live.

    in other buyout news, Youtube is buying Twitch for $1billion which seems pretty cheap considering the going rates of other big time sales recently.

    Interesting note, Google bought Youtube in 2006 for $1.65billion
