How many more chances are we going to give this guy?? How many more years are we going to waste saying give locker one more chance! I have 0 Faith in him to be clutch! All people remember about locker is his dam injuries at every level of the game. What makes this year different? NOTHING

Its been two years as the starter. How many in the league would be what they are, had they had the plug pulled after two seasons?? Be it injuries or poor performance. A third year, while under a very cheap contract year, isnt that big a deal. I will say this, studying Whiz's offense, Jakes chance to shine even if healthy isnt very good IMO. He doesnt fit. He would be much better off in a Shanahan style. This system doesnt play to Jakes strengths. A lot to overcome.

In 1999 and 2000,there is no way those teams are what they were if they were leaning on Mc9 all game long. The gameplan was what it was for a reason. Mc9 wasnt ready to throw 35 times a game like he was in 02-03. Fish and staff did a good job of playing to the teams strengths, which was run game and D in 99-00. Had we leaned on him then like we did in 02-03, it wouldnt have been pretty.

it's the poor performance that bothers me and the injuries that hold him back from developing. He is our starting QB and there are no excuses at this level!!!! How many college QB's come in to the league developed and ready to go ? Lately there has been quite a few and it seems Locker was not one of them. The injuries are most concerning because you almost always need a backup plan with this guy and his injuries are always different and the hits he takes don't seem that bad to be honest.

Can we stop with all the McNair comparisons please? Locker is nothing like Mac9, he doesn't have the body that Steve had to take the hits and get back up. Mac9 played well hurt too while Locker can't even scramble and get a liz franc injury. In the words of mike ditka..... "STOP IT"

Whisenhunt won't run the same exact offense with Jake he ran in SD. He caters his offenses to the players he has. He's not Fisher trying square pegs in round holes.
