Not getting an ILB. Our second round pick will be a qb.

I mentioned this in another thread...Browns have multiple picks (2x 1st, 2x 3rd and 2x 4th)..we could trade our 11 for their 26 and picks. I could see them taking WR Watkins at 4 and then get back to 11 and take a QB.

If no trade...I'd pick Justin Gilbert at 11.

If we traded that far back we'd pickup their 2015 1st also

Here's the most recent mock from WalterFootball

    1st - Anthony Barr
2nd - Stephon Tuitt (note: Jimmy Garoppolo already drafted)
4th - Jerick McKinnon, RB, GA Southern
5th - Logan Thomas, QB, VA Tech

I like his draft, would do a few changes, based on who's available.

    1st - Anthony Barr
    2nd - Stephon Tuitt
    4th - Shayne Skov
    5th - Isaiah Crowell
(in the 6th i'd then take Logan Thomas)

We still would have a big question at QB, but Whiz risks it 1 year with Locker. If Locker can't produce, we opt for a QB early in the 2015 draft. Instead we focus on building that D by adding a pass rusher, 34 DE, and 34 ILB - all could start game 1, potentially. Isaiah Crowell could be a steal, w/ no off the field issues, and if he stayed at UGA, he'd probably be a 2nd-3rd round pick. Logan Thomas has all the tools to be elite, but is terribly inconsistent, add him to the Whiz projects w/ Tyler Wilson.

I no longer believe we're going out of our way to take a ILB.

I just watched all of Zach Browns sacks since 2012 and the constant thing Im seeing is most of his sacks come from the inside. He rarely is coming thru the C-gap or wider. He's shooting the A & B-gaps and even strangers he's walking thru them some of the times. Im completely sold on him being a starting weak side ILB for us in the 3-4.
