Look. This is my issue with Horton.


Their d overall was great- outside of 3rd downs and in the red zone, which I think we can agree those are two pretty significant things.


31st in the league in stopping 3rd downs and in that same vicinity of allowing opponents to score in the red zone. If he can change those stats using our personnel, wonderful. But let's wait and see what he can do with our people before we fall in love with him.

 

third downs do concern me. with that being said, the scoring does not. CLE had a tendency to turn the ball over, only so much you can do to stop that.

I agree, I wasn't a fan of Horton while he was in Cleveland. They fell off as a defense near the end of the year and that reflects the coaching. They also reminded me a lot of what we had last year, would play good all game then give up that 1 big drive to lose it. But he is the guy now so I'm going to ride with it.



And btw I'm not a kid nor broke, but thanks for caring. The economy is not really all that great so I understand.
