Dude is acting like he's Frank Gore, Matt Forte, or AP. He is not a complete back. He can barely catch a pass running a swing route to the flats. It seems like he needs a huge hole where a bus can run through because he's able to get tackled by a finger.

Any coach that comes in is gonna want to keep CJ. That is why he will be back next year!

Honestly, who really cares? I'd rather our team be known for an OT who is actually an elite player than a RB who sucks. To be completely honest, I've always laughed the past few seasons when an announcer said "....taking on Chris Johnson and the Tennessee Titans".

That's how I see it as well. I would want a fresh start. I could just see a scenario where they would see CJ as an asset.

This may be true, but we dont know, and most of us dont want to waste more time finding out.

The guy has been on the decline for years, shows over man, let it be.

Still pretending that was him driving that pile? Thats cute.

But seriously, he was the one being dragged by Texans in hopes they could dislodge the ball.

Asset???? A dude complaining and underachieving we keep around and pay 8 million to as an asset? No thank you. As for the "Popularity or face of franchise" I could give 2 craps....As long as the Titans turn things around and start winning, someone will fill that roll. Trust me on that one. I am pretty sure that St Louis didn't go into last season saying "Zac Stacy" is the face of our franchise taking on blah blah blah...Who cares.....I want to win, and I want fire and attitude and new life. CJ bring you none of that. The dude falls over if a defender yells his way...Over it

His legs were moving the entire time. Why would a defense drag him forward. Now you could argue that it was b/c his line was pushing him forward. But the fact of the matter is CJ was more successful in converting 3rd and short and goal to goal situations than Greene was this year even though he didnt get as many chances he converted on them.

I would hope any reasonable HC candidate would realize that he is more of a risk than an asset. But it is a possibility. He is a decently big name.. and had some success in the past. Some people might be fooled.
