I think there's a good chance Gruden doesn't make it out of Washington without a contract.

 

The interview will go: " hi Jim. Thanks for stopping by. You are a minority,right?" "Great. Really glad you could be here. Ok bye. "

 

I'd rather have Gruden than the Seattle guys. I'd rather have Zimmer more than Gruden but less than Whisenhunt.

 

I think this is correct and I hate it. Maybe I don't have the proper perspective and there are still a ton of old, racist guys running NFL franchises, but its unfair to minority coaches to have to go through the process if they aren't actually going to be considered for the position.

I know nothing about jay gruden, is he anything like his brother?

 

I believe he goes to Washington also. When we supposed to interview Zimmer?

 

Caldwell is a lateral move, he is too much like Munch personality-wise. I respect him as an OC, but we need a vocal leader now more than ever!
