To be honest, I def don't want JS. I don't think he was a very good DC. Although, I always thought Fish limited him in what he could do. I also wasn't a fan of the Wide-9 DL scheme he/Fish used, left HUGE holes in the run game.

Also, we had a lot of talent on D if you ask me the years JS was here and we never were as good as I thought we should be. People say its on the players, but NFL is also a chess game and tactics/scheme are extremely important.

JS as a HC can't control his team. They are always out of control and do penalties at the wrong times.

    Pass....

The ONLY thing I'd accept from the 'old' regime is out Line coaches, they were really good if you ask me. Munch was a beast as an OL guy (if you want proof I can pull up some old posts where i analyzed how good he was for us) and Jim W was an excellent DL guy. However, I think that new guy TR should get a chance to coach the DL - he's done really well IMO in his current capacity of pass rush specialist.

Hobbits don't turn blue when Goblins are around.

Sting, Bilbo's sword, was elvish and turned blue when there are Orcs (and Trolls) around.

I see you are set on not looking up proof for your stupid claim of schwartz dc greatness....
    Year--D rank
    2002---10th
    2003---12th
    2004---27th
    2005---19th
    2006---32nd
    2007---5th
    2008---7th
    2009---28th

so here you go....schwartzie's dc record at Tennessee... please note the two good years were the during the albert haynesworth gonna get paid era. Other than that his d got worse and worse each year.

I liked JS when he was our D coordinator, I think he would do great things with him and greg williams on the d side of the ball. He is a sh** load better than JG, he needs to go with Munch and loggains.

NFL.com goes from most to least on their defensive stat sheets so when you are in the bottom 5 up there we are really in the top 5.

For example when we are listed as the number 1 defense in 2006 we gave up the most YPG and had the worse defense. 2007 and 2008 are Hayneswerth's big seasons and the two years we made the playoffs.

The rankings are based on yards.

I'm aware but NFL.com lists it from most yards to least yards in their rankings on their stats sheet. So the number 1 ranked team on NFL.com's stat sheet gave up more yards then the number 32 ranked team.

I remember some Lions fan that was bartending in Nashville arguing with me about Schwartz. Think it was after the 2010 year where he was saying Schwartz had them on the right track. I told him just to wait. Schwartz sucks.
