Like I said, blame the results on the Players... Mainly The Quaterback.

I really don't think you are watching the same games we are.

This is the same Munchak who is 0-4 in this scrub division this season, correct?
The same Munchak who is 4-12 against this division in his career?
The same Munchak who hasn't even formed a 3 game win streak at any point in his career?
The same Munchak who has a 2-18 record against teams with winning records???

Read that one more time... 2 and ****ing 18. And guess what...both of those came in his first season. Yep. We haven't beaten a team with a winning record in two years. That's Jags bullsh*t. To make it even worse one of those wins was when the Texans played their third stringers. So really he's 1-18 or 1-19. What an absolute joke.

How can you possibly trust this guy?

Look, I like him and I think he's a good guy. He obviously knows the game well, but he is simply not head coach material. Poor guy was in over his head from day one.

But our players have really shown promise for the most part this season.

Munch failed to fix the OL issues, he failed to fire his buddy Bruce, and he drafted us a guard at #10 overall when we could have taken Lotulelei like I wanted us to. But whatever... Same sh*t every year.

If you enjoy being 6-10 every year, then Munchak is your man. Don't you worry.

    You are Proving my point.

Munchack(Head Coach) and Matthews(Offensive Line Coach) are both Hall Of Fame players. They know how to play and they know how to coach. They are Dedicated Winners.

So what is wrong with The Titans Offensive Line? Well obviously it is the Talent, not the Coaching.

Who is in charge of Drafting? The Head Coach or the General Manager? Typically it is the General Manager. You might want to start pointing fingers at Mike Reinfeldt.

To be honest, I think Mike Reinfeldt is the weakest link in this equation.

Well we know that Munchek knows how to coach an OL but this is Mathews first time as a position coach and nothing has proven to me that he can take talent and make it better.

Serious question. Are you seeing a coach being out coached in those games, or are you seeing players making mistakes?

Ive had this argument several times and dont want to do it again, but I wanted ask you that question.

Players make mistakes, it happens. Its what happens it between game days that goes into reducing those mistakes.

And even the media is closed off to it so dont even pretend like you know what goes in between game days.

Ive already stated my opinion on it several times so thats not what Im trying to get into here. I completely understand that hes the figurehead and why people want him gone. Im just asking if he is getting out coached, or if players are making mistakes.

I also wanted to point this out...... when we were playing mistake free football (especially the turnover battles), we were 3-1. And using this logic, is that an indication that Munch knew how to coach then forgot when Locker went down?

Also, a point I wanted to make a while back but got tired of people thinking im only out to defend Munch, which is far from what my intention was.

FIsher, was he a good coach? Well his record indicates he was average.. then in 99 and 00, he remembered how to be a great coach. He forgot in 2001 (injury season, if anyone forgot) and sucked. THen in 2002 and 2003 he was a hell of a coach again! Then he sucked for 3 more years, but in 2007 and 2008, he remembered how to coach again somehow. Then the past 2 years here he forgot again and was booted.

I don't have to know what goes on between game days because I can see what the results are. The fact of the matter is, Munch isn't and hasn't won football games, especially in the division. How do you excuse losing to winless teams twice and having an awful record in the division?

So what, if the players are making mistakes. Every team had the same pool of players to chose from. Why is Levitre not nearly as productive as he was in Buffalo? Why isn't Warmack even close to as advertised? Why did Turner turn out to be the second coming of Amano? Why has Ayers fallen off the face of the Earth? Why was Reynaud on the field playing as a wide receiver?

The head coach makes these calls. The head coach is responsible for the performance of those players out on that field. It isn't talent, which is why its mind numbingly absurd to have seen that suggested because we brought in a TON of it this off season. We have the talent, but our coaches have not put them in position to succeed, and guess who brought in our coaches?
