I've been very critical of Kendall for being slow, not being able to run after the catch, not being able to create separation deep, and for us taking him in the 1st round. Also his inability to get 100 yards in a single game. But there is is one thing that he is doing a very good job this season and that is his YAC. He is 4th in the NFL, for WR's, with yards after the catch at 355 yards.

This number is astonishing to me because he only has 660 total receiving yards. Meaning that about 53% of his receiving yards have came after the catch. Kudos Kendall, keep up the good work.

Yes, I appropriate you holding up to your end of the deal, even though you're 4 days late, but what evs.

As for Kendall, we ALL told you not to be overly critical of the kid, he's got the goods. glad youre coming around though.

In an open offense he'd have no problem putting up better numbers. With a competent offensive coordinator he'd have no problem putting up better numbers.

Enough of these flanker screens on 3rd and 13, please.

I disagree. He has 59 out of 119 WR receptions. 49.5%. What good would it do him to have 35% of the receptions on a more pass oriented team? He's already on pace for 94 catches for 1050 yards.

The one thing that might help him would be if Hunter can establish himself as a more consistent deep threat next year. Still hard to see him getting many more catches.

More catches? Probably not. Bigger chunks of yards, I'd say so. He probably has two catches a game that go for three yards or less because the screen doesn't get set up properly or the defense makes a play.

We're not going to see it this year becuase Fitz has a water pistol for an arm, but he'd be better off.

He still can't beat anyone deep though. So even with a stronger arm QB it wouldnt matter. He's just not that type of WR. He is a underneath slant type of guy which I am fine with.

You don't have to run go routes every time to get some chunks of yards . He can still run 15-yard dig routes and posts.

He gets all of this YAC but somehow isn't fast enough to separate from defenders? I don't think so.
