From everything I've been hearing, Bud wasn't one that was afraid of spending money on players. Do what needs to be done type of person.

I hope the next person in line isn't scared to spend some change.

The zone has been talking about Bud Adams for days and the few minutes I was in the house today I heard John McLean from Houston telling stories about Bud on NFL network. Granted this is much less coverage than Myra Kraft received after she passed, but she was a bit more in the public eye with her charity work. Bud was awesome and will be missed! He deserves more coverage, but he is being remembered!

    QUESTION:

Dont have time to back and look at entire thread so please someone help me out here ...

Why is no one talking about WHO takes over the franchise?

Bud has 2 daughters and a deceased son?

Another family member of the Adams takes over?

Is there someone else in line already in the franchise to step in?

A interm-short term hire for now?

A whole new overhaul of an owner and management?

Relocation now an open for this franchise? (Highly doubt it but these things have to be mentioned whenever something like this happens ...)

    WHAT IS PLAN B?!?!

yes, His grandson has been working with the team for a few years now.

I believe the Titans have a contract to play at LP field until 2028 so no relocation for this team.

There's no such thing as a short term hire for an owner. His family now owns the team, which I believe will be short term. I'm sure they intend to sell. I sure as hell would sell an NFL team right now. This league may not exist in twenty years with the way things are headed. I'd want out now...

I don't see anyway it stays in his family. None of them care about the team from what I can tell. They have no interest in owning it. I just hope they do us a favor and find us a loyal owner who will keep the team in Nashville no matter what. I hope we get a younger owner who wants to win and win now.

Move the Chargers to LA. That obviously makes the most sense. Terrible fan support there in SD, and it's what... a two hour drive to LA? If you're a hardcore fan, you can do that 8 times a year no problem. I drive in from Knoxville to all of our games during the semester. Ain't no big deal, folks.
