They have some play makers on defense, but their offense just seems way too generic.

What was so special about Tavon Austin anyway?

Short guy who never had any real blazing speed?

wait he ran a 4.25? Seemed slower......

Sounds like a Fisher coached team.I do think Sam Bradford is a good QB whose talent will be wasted by Fisher because he wants a conservative game manager Kyle Boller style QB.

Are you really saying Munchak is better than.. anyone?

9-7, 6-10, 2-1. And add the fact we had the worst defense EVER in just his 2nd season.

    yeah, he's so impressive.

I disagree, Bradford was terrible before fisher got there. He wins financially tho because he came in to the league before the new CBA deal was in place where rookie contracts can't be what they used to be. He never became what he could have been coming out of college as a very talented player. Rams fans are still waiting for him to come around?? He will be gone by next year and fisher will still be there

First time that I have ever seen an nfl head coach with 2 minutes plus in a game down 35 to 11 take 3 knees and quit. But fisher did it!

I'd much rather have the Titans staff than the Rams coaching staff.

As far as a direct comparison between the two head men, personally, I've had enough of Fisher. I think I've a pretty good handle on him. He's a limited, non-difference maker as a head coach. On a personal level his glib, arrogant style really rankles (especially since he's accomplished virtually nothing of real importance despite ample opportunity). Given perfect circumstances I think Fish would be able to win a Super Bowl (an elite QB like Peyton could carry Fisher to a title... despite his stubborn, conservative ways), but he's certainly limited as a head coach.

I had to laugh when I heard about how the Rams were keeping Tavon Austin under wraps and that they were going to unleash some specific unique game-plans for Austin in the regular season. Brian Schottenhiemer and Fisher are such cutting edge football minds, I'm sure all of us here were on pins an needles awaiting what fantastic innovations they had in store for the league. lol Yeah. Okay. I'm not saying Austin is a star, but years of history on his coaches showed us he was going to struggle regardless.

I like Munchak's openness to change, and he seems to embrace competition up and down the depth chart. Most of the complaints I hear about MM concern body language, and assumptions about how he runs the team. While I have had problems with how the team has performed at times during his regime, most of what I've actually seen and heard from Munchak I've really liked. I think he's really grown into the role of head coach this year but unlike Fisher he's yet to really establish who he is. Which is exactly my problem with the Fishtache... we know exactly who he is. Yuck. Like dry heave kinda yuck.

I think that had a lot to do with the injury that happened a few plays earlier. No reason for another player to get hurt in meaningless plays. More classy then what Schiano did to the giants on the kneel down when they went at players legs for the ball, just sayin

Munchak is one of those guys who is a real players' coach. A great former player that really seems to relate with his guys.

But he will never out scheme the other coach across the field. Which is fine, but it means he needs great coordinators. I know we have that in Williams.

But Loggains needs to open things up to get my confidence in him.
