Last Sunday the Titans converted on 6 of their 15 3rd down attempts - 40% (that's on par with Green Bay & New England right now).

Here are the plays in gif form

    1.) 3rd & 6 - 13-yard completion - 1st down

    2.) 3rd & 14 - incomplete - punt

    3.) 3rd & 18 - 3-yard run - punt

    4.) 3rd & 10 - incomplete - punt

    5.) 3rd & 2 >>> 1-yard run >>> 4th & 1 >>> 1st down

You can only upload 5 things per post, so I had to be sure I could get them all together without you getting between them

I cannot begin to explain how much ballsier Munchak is over Fisher for not even thinking one second about going for it on 4th and 1. That was huge in this game.

My dad never stopped bashing Fisher when Del Greco had his kick blocked and returned for a TD because... we already had one kick blocked, Del Greco looked like pure poop, and we were faced with a 4th and inches from around the 20, so why not just let #9 sneak it or give it to Eddie to keep the drive alive and continue to wear down that defense until it breaks? Ravens had absolutely no offense, so it's not exactly worrisome if we turn it over on downs. I believe the score was tied at 10 at this point, so I definitely understand the concept of taking the points, but since Al blew I think my dad was right this time. Hindsight is 20/20, but he wanted us to go for it before it all went downhill. He also blames Fisher for deferring to the Ravens in 2009 and not taking the wind in the 4th quarter. Both are good points IMO.

Fisher's vagina cost us multiple Super Bowls. I'm not saying Munch is a savior, but I like his openness, willingness to change, and balls to take risks.

^Plus, he allows the QB (even an inexperienced one) throw to the 1st down marker.

Fisher on 3rd and 10 or more would allow a 5 yard pass MAXIMUM... dude was an idiot.

We've gotta stay out of these 3rd and longs though. 3rd and 15, 3rd and 24, etc??...
