Griffin: Vince Young can still play

They both got their asses booted

 

VY because of Fisher and injuries. Fisher because he was mediocre.

 

What was Vince's passer rating when he left? Near the 90's? TD to INT ratio? Think he threw like 3 or 4 his last year.

We were 5-2 if I remember correctly. Right after he brought us back from some terrible start.



Like I said, let's not turn it into a Locker vs. VY thing. I think that's disrespectful to Locker who's our starting QB and still has tons of room to grow.


Let's look at it as what's best for the Titans.


Why would you not want to get a QB that can produce?

 

Hasn't been a day since when I could honestly have said I'd rather have Munchak and Locker than VY and Fisher.

 

I'd like Munchack, Locker, and VY.

The Rams can have Fisher. Apparently the Rams are happy with being mediocre.

 

Actually, Fisher got the boot for hiring and extending coaches without consulting with the front office about it I believe. That, and the childish way he handled the VY situation. Not that VY wasn't childish too.

 

I'm sorry for assuming that this is were I should post meaningless ramblings about Vince Young. If you don't want to read others opinions on VY then don't look at the thread. Seems pretty simple to me. But hey, if you want to be a jackass and attack posters go right ahead. Maybe I should start another vy thread. Afterall there are only 2 on the front page and the dude isn't even a starter in the NFL. If I want to hate on Young, I am going to hate on Young. If you want some VY butt love then more power to you.
