    Eh, you must have missed the part where he said you can't lead/inspire when you have no emotion or soul. A tree is a better leader than Munchak.

    its a formal fallacy, plenty of silent leaders, especially in the NFL.

    What's worse than already having a bad record as a HC? Not looking like you care; not being vocal or showing any emotion. Look at Butch Jones, the Tennessee Vols Head Coach. He has not coached a single game under the Vols but the team has bought into his philosophy as well as his 2014 recruits. The defense that showed up today (lack of talent and experience aside) showed a lack of effort under the passive Munch as per usual.
